Pour milk into a small rustic saucepan. Slice open the vanilla bean pod, scrape out the aromatic seeds, and add both seeds and pod to the milk.

Add the wildflower honey and ground cardamom. Heat gently on medium-low for 5 minutes, stirring slowly. Do not let it boil.

Remove the vanilla pod. Use a hand milk frother to whip the milk until a thick, delicate white froth forms on top.

Pour into two ceramic stoneware mugs, dust lightly with ground cinnamon, and enjoy by warm candlelight.
