In a large bowl, whisk flour, dry yeast, sea salt, chopped rosemary, thyme, and garlic powder together.

Add warm water and olive oil, stirring with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm spot for 12-18 hours.

Preheat a Dutch oven inside the oven at 450 degrees F. Turn the dough onto floured parchment paper, shape into a rustic ball, and slash the top.

Carefully drop the dough with parchment into the hot Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes until dark golden.
